Peter and Doreen Sullivan present Making Cheese at Home Workshops
First of all, Peter and Doreen would like thank you for visiting our Making Cheese at Home website. We were looking forward to sharing our enthusiasm about making cheese at home with you. However, we have been forced to change our plans.
For the past few months Doreen has been having some health issues. It now appears that she has cancer and will be starting treatment shortly. We are being optimistic that we will be able to overcome this challenge.
It is with great sadness that we have decided to postpone the workshops that were planned for this year. We are not sure when we might be able to resume presenting our Making Cheese at Home workshops but if you would like to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we can contact you as soon as we are ready to begin teaching again.
Over the past sixteen years Peter and Doreen have gathered a vast amount of experience and resources about making cheese. We are in the process of organizing our workshop presentations and handouts into a format that can be shared with anyone who is interested in learning to make cheese in small batches. There will be more information about this on this web site so please check back soon for updates.
