Our Camembert Style cheese  won “Best Bloomy Rind” in  Amateur Cheese Contest
at the 2015 Great Canadian Cheese Festival in Picton, ON
Workshops have been suspended until further notice.

 

2015-2016 Registration Form

The cost of the workshop is $190.00 per person.  Workshops must be paid in full when registering. We need to have at least 4 participants in order to be able to offer the workshop.
